1. User – Provided Information: You provide us information about yourself, like your name, e-mail address, mobile phone number and carrier. In addition, when you use Freesmee, you may provide information and content like your location and messages in accordante with your privacy and opt-in settings. The traccino of your location on your mobile device occurs only when you are using Freesmee application. Your data may be collected by third users (friends or family ore people you may know) with services that allow them to send information to these people. In this situation your personal data may be used only to send you a message with this information (e.g. an invitte to use the service). Even if a message has been deleted or an account is no longer active, messages may remain on our backup systems for some limited period of time. This is standard practice in the message industry, which Freesmee and other major communication services follow in order to provide a reliable service for users. We will make reasonable efforts to remove deleted information from our systems as quickly as is practical. b. Freesmee collect anonymous content of each message in large scale database to identici major trends. This means that Freesmee will delete any refer to both senders and receivers and store a mere copy of the content in a separate infrastrutture. Freesmee aims to ensure its users the best experience they could ever imagine. Users that feel worried or threaten by Freesmee content scannino could deactivate this option under settings menu in their application. By doing this users will prevent Freesmee to scan their message content but also they won’t benefit from Freesmee advanced experience and they may not access to some of Freesmee functions. We strongly entourage to try Freesmee at its maximum functionality and to be aware before deactivated a function. Even if a single message scan could be avoid users must be aware that the anonymous collection of all messages as reported before could not be prevented as it is part of Freesmee infrastrutture. Users that do not want to accept this are entourage not to use Freesmee for their communication.
